Parents as Teachers (PAT)

The Parents as Teachers program is no longer being funded by the Department of Education and Training and ceased operation at the end of November 2009.

Whilst the PAT program is no longer running, the Samaritans will continue to run groups from the PAT Resource Room within Hamilton Public School.  To obtain further information regarding what groups will be available, please telephone 4969 7862 (Please note that this number will be unattended until 1 February 2010 when school resumes).

We would like to thank all of our families that have participated in the program during the past 9 years for making this program such a wonderful success.  We have printed a keepsake which can be picked up from the PAT Resource Room during school terms, or downloaded as a PDF below. The printed version is a high quality A5 glossy card that can be used to help you and your child remember their fun time with Parents as Teachers.
